UPDATE-Friday 3rd December: "The NORTHERN HAWK OWL was still present at 3.40pm at the north-west end of Westham Island Road, perched on hydro poles just north-west of the pale yellow house." --Pete Davidson
UPDATE (Dec 4): Brent Schmor reports that it is still in the same area as of 3pm.
