At 6:45pm on June 27-2025, Liz Hewison found a male Great-tailed Grackle by the bridge at the canoe launch parking area at Cottonwood Island Park in Prince George.

The bird continued in the same spot on June 29th and has been viewed by multiple observers. It was not relocated on June 30th.
This is the 10th record for BC.
